In order to help your teachers report on this we are asking you to digitally fill out a self assessment and then email it to your teacher, provide them with a copy via a D2L drop box, or put it onto a memory stick or cd/dvd and hand it in.

You can get a copy of the file by clicking on this link. When you have the file on your computer open it and then save it as “Full Name – Homeroom.doc” An example of this is “Jeremy Lang – 7-01.doc”. If you have any questions please ask your teacher.
